Geography and Science field trips for schools
Practical outdoor enquiries that connect classroom learning with real places. Pupils collect evidence, interpret their findings and explain their ideas, supported by conservation knowledge and technology selected for the investigation.
Explore our KS2 and KS3 courses, or discuss GCSE Geography fieldwork with your department. We adapt the learning to your class’s year group, topic and prior experience.

The field trip
Standalone field trip
Each field trip lasts up to 4½ hours and completes the fieldwork, interpretation and supported conclusion during the visit.
Included free
Free self-led follow-on resources
Included with every field trip, so teachers can continue the learning at school.

Follow-on school visit
A Naturebytes educator visits your school to take the learning deeper. Pupils apply their fieldwork to the school grounds and local area, getting more value from the trip and making it relevant to their own surroundings.
Larger combined groups can be arranged by agreement.

Where we work
Our field trips can take place at one of our hubs such as Seven Sisters Country Park or Hastings Country Park or any agreed suitable greenspace closer to your school. We discuss the location, route and facilities with you before booking.
